What sort of education is needed to do your job successfully ?

"Like many jobs, no particular formal education is required although certain academic foundations undoubtedly shorten the path to success and reduce the number of wrong turns along the way. I happen to have a business degree from the Wharton School but as is quite apparent in many technology success stories, education is far less important than vision, persistence, and stamina."

What is the most relevant aspect of your education that applies to your day-to-day job?

"I regularly draw from my educational foundations in marketing, management and finance. These core skills enable me to take my organization forward by applying sound, proven practices."

What is the most fun aspect of your job?

"I love hearing our customers' impassioned feedback about how our solutions changed the way their businesses operate. I also thoroughly enjoy working closely on a daily basis with Apple, the most respected brand on the planet. Our partnership with Apple's Business Channel truly enables shared clients to transform their business processes through mobile technologies in simple, powerful ways."

What advice would you give someone just starting out in the field of technology?

"Become an expert in one particular specialty that you've determined has commercial viability. Then share that expertise with key influencers and networks to build credibility and reach. Give away your special expertise in the beginning to collect success stories and a loyal following that you can cite to attract others for future monetization."
