The Great Chefs Event is one of Philadelphia's premier food events.
Cardinal O'Hara High School students in Springfield, Delaware County exceeded their fundraising goal in the 10th annual Danny Hammond Dance Marathon. They raised more than $120,000 which is $10,000 more than their goal.
There will be a lot of tired feet and lower backs in Springfield, Delaware County on Saturday. Hundreds of students at Cardinal O'Hara High School are participating in the 10th annual Danny Hammond Dance Marathon on Friday. The fundraiser benefits several charities including Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation for Pediatric Cancer. Madeleine Wright reports.
On Saturday, members of the CBS Philadelphia family teamed up with the family of Cole Fitzgerald to host a lemonade stand fundraiser to honor the 19-year-old young man who lost his battle with metastatic pancreatoblastoma in December.
