OAKLAND (CBS SF) -- The suspect in the fatal shooting of two Oakland restaurant employees late Monday night was arraigned Friday on murder and weapons charges but did not enter a plea, according to prosecutors.

Bradley and Santa Maria were fatally shot at the Wingstop restaurant at 528 Lake Park Ave. around 11:45 p.m. on Monday, according to police.
Police initially said the killings may have occurred during a robbery, but later concluded that was not the case based on surveillance footage and witness statements.
Gurley was taken into custody just before 8 a.m. on Tuesday in West Oakland after being identified through video evidence, police said.
He waived his rights and admitted shooting and killing the victims in an interview with investigators, according to a police affidavit filed Wednesday.
In addition to the murder charges, Gurley faces charges of carrying a concealed weapon and carrying a loaded weapon that he was not legally allowed to possess.
Gurley is scheduled to return to court on Monday, according to prosecutors.
