Volunteers complete new garden beds and install rain barrels in West Philadelphia
Representatives from the Philadelphia Eagles and other organizations volunteered in West Philadelphia on Wednesday.
The volunteers worked alongside local gardeners to complete new garden beds and install rain barrels at Cobbs Creek Community Garden.
