Bruce Springsteen fans and union workers unite in South Philadelphia ahead of his big performance on Friday. Concession workers held a rally at Citizens Bank Park.
Fans were invited to stand with stadium workers after turning down Aramark's most recent offer.
Their union has been fighting for a fair contract with better wages and working conditions for months.
