Teen chased 10 blocks, shot by group of dirt bike riders in Passyunk Square neighborhood
Philadelphia Police said a 17-year-old boy riding a motorized scooter was chased down and shot in Philadelphia's Passyunk Square neighborhood overnight in what investigators believe might've been an attempted robbery.
