Suspect car thief shot in Northeast Philadelphia near the Frankford Transportation Center
A shooting investigation is happening near the Frankford Transportation Center in Northeast Philadelphia.
Sources said a man attempted to steal a car when the car owner was using an ATM.
The car owner, a licensed gun owner, fired a shot at the suspected car thief, striking him once in the head.
The man is in extremely critical condition.
