Special guests help kick off summer meal program for kids in Philadelphia
Special guests including Eagles cheerleaders and mascot Swoop were at the Heitzman Recreation Center in Philadelphia's Harrowgate neighborhood Tuesday to kick off a program that provides free summer meals for kids.
