Six dogs abandoned at Bucks County dog park in Morrisville
Abandoned at a dog park.
Police in Bucks County said someone left six dogs and a note explaining their actions.
A local shelter said they've seen a rise in the number of animals being left behind. The dogs were found in Morrisville.
