"Shop with a cop": Philadelphia police treat community members to shopping spree
Philadelphia police officers assisted and treated 10 families to a Christmas shopping trip Thursday evening at Target. The National Black Police Association Greater Philadelphia Chapter and the Philadelphia Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #5. organized the event.
