SEPTA train evacuated in Philadelphia after passengers see and smell smoke

A SEPTA Regional Rail train was stopped and evacuated in Philadelphia on Thursday morning after passengers saw and smelled smoke. Dozens of passengers were safely evacuated and took buses to another station, a SEPTA spokesperson said.
