SEPTA bus rider attacked by man with a meat cleaver
A man is under arrest after Philadelphia Police said he attacked another SEPTA bus rider with a meat cleaver early Thursday morning. The attack happened near Broad and Callowhill streets; the victim was hit the head and hand and taken to the hospital.
