SEPTA begins ticketing for quality of life violations

First announced last month, July 1 kicked off SEPTA's plan to ticket riders who smoke, consume alcohol, litter, or urinate on trains and buses. People with unpaid tickets will be banned from boarding SEPTA vehicles.
