Scattered rain on Wednesday, Thursday ahead of Debby's arrival in Philadelphia area
Tropical Storm Debby is set to arrive in the Philadelphia area on Friday after dumping lots of rain on the southeastern U.S. Meteorologist Grant Gilmore is tracking Debby's path.
