Rain is rolling in Wednesday afternoon around the Philadelphia region and showers will be in the area as the Philadelphia Phillies take on the Colorado Rockies at Citizens Bank Park. Most of the widespread rain starts to taper off as we head into the evening, Meteorologist Grant Gilmore reports.
