Rain, storms on Tuesday kick off unsettled weather week around Philadelphia
Most of the Philadelphia area is under a flood watch from Tuesday into Wednesday as storms approach the region, Kate Bilo reports. The strongest line of these storms could hit late Tuesday night and into Wednesday morning and sets off an unsettled weather week. Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware could also see remnants of Tropical Storm Debby later this week.
