Prosecutors seeking death penalty in death of Malinda Hoagland
Chester County District Attorney Chris de Barrena-Sarobe said prosecutors will pursue the death penalty due to the level of torture they allege 12-year-old Malinda Hoagland suffered at the hands of her biological father and his girlfriend.
