Police release surveillance video showing 2 suspects, Jeep involved in North Philly shooting
Philadelphia police released surveillance video asking for the public's help with identifying two suspects and a vehicle involved in a shooting that injured two teens and a 2-year-old girl in North Philadelphia on Thursday night.
