Police looking for driver accused of a hit-and-run outside an emergency room in West Philadelphia
A hit-and-run outside of an emergency room in West Philadelphia injures three nurses who were trying to help a gunshot victim who had just been dropped off.
Police are searching for that driver as the nurses are being treated for their injuries.
