Philadelphia student receives scholarship in memory of classmate killed in shooting
Alanna Walker-Kegler, a graduate of Freire Charter High School, received a scholarship in honor of her classmate and friend Antonio Walker, who was 15 years old when he was gunned down in Southwest Philadelphia.
