Philadelphia police investigate report of sexual assault in Mayfair neighborhood
Special Victims Unit detectives are investigating the report of a sexual assault of a child in Philadelphia's Mayfair section.
Police were called to a home on Cottman Avenue early Wednesday morning and the child told police she was assaulted by someone who came into the home and took off before officers got there.
