Philadelphia Police identify 24-year-old woman killed in hit-and-run
Philadelphia Police said 24-year-old Tahtiana Diggs died after she was hit by a pickup truck in the city's Feltonville section early Thursday. Investigators are now looking for a gray pickup and trying to get surveillance footage that could provide a better description of the vehicle involved.
