Philadelphia officials announce charges in illegal car meetups
The Philadelphia District Attorney's Office announced one person has been charged in connection with 11 illegal car meetups that happened across Philadelphia over the weekend. Police say there are many more responsible for the mayhem and are urging the public to submit videos or tips regarding the incident.
