Philadelphia holding annual Iftar meal, fundraiser, Maghrib prayer at City Hall
In Islam, Iftar is the meal eaten after fasting all day during the month of Ramadan. On Friday night at City Hall leaders will host members of the city's Islamic faith community for the iftar meal and Maghrib prayer. The fundraiser will help support Muslim families in need.
