Philadelphia DA Larry Krasner asks for public's help finding fugitives
Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner in a press conference Monday asked for help from the public finding 12 people wanted for homicides committed in South and Southwest Philadelphia since 2019. Krasner said homicides are down in Philadelphia by 19% over last year.
