Pennsylvania summer camp strengthens bonds between siblings separated in the foster system
At the Rooted Kinections camp program in Berks County, siblings and campers have one thing in common -- they were separated by the foster care system. For seven days and six nights, the camp, created by Samii Emdur, gives siblings impacted by foster care or out-of-home placements the chance to spend meaningful time together.
