Pennsylvania substitute teacher accused of touching teen inappropriately inside Marshalls store
A man who works as a substitute teacher for multiple schools in Lehigh County was arrested after he allegedly touched a 17-year-old girl inappropriately at a Marshalls store in Lower Macungie Township, the DA's Office said.
