Norristown to vote on fate of Code Blue shelter at hospitality center
Nearly 40 people could soon be facing frigid temperatures with no place to go. The zoning board in Norristown will meet Thursday around 7 p.m. In just a couple of hours, members will decide if a certain code-blue shelter can open their doors. Kim Hudson reports.
