Mayor Parker discusses housing crisis in West Philadelphia
Not Mayor Parker took a few other mayors from around the country on a tour on Thursday.
Parker was at the Brith Shalom House in West Philadelphia along with a group from the U.S. Council of Mayors.
they discussed a variety of ways to address the housing crisis at the local level.
Mayor Parker renewed a promise to create 30,000 housing units in Philadelphia.
