Mayor Cherelle Parker throws support behind Philadelphia 76ers to build Center City arena
On Wednesday, Parker officially endorsed 76 Place, the Sixers' proposed arena on Market Street in Center City. But, her decision isn't sitting well with people in neighborhoods where the arena would sit.
