Man shot in the face in Philadelphia's Strawberry Mansion neighborhood
A homicide investigation is underway after a man was found shot in the face along the 2900 block of Westmont Street shortly after 1 a.m. on Dec. 28. Philadelphia Police believe the victim was in his late 20s to 30s, but are unsure of a motive for the killing.
