Kamala Harris, JD Vance to appear at dueling campaign visits in Philadelphia
Former President Donald Trump's running mate, Ohio Sen. JD Vance, is slated to appear at a campaign event Tuesday in South Philadelphia. Vice President and likely Democratic nominee Kamala Harris will speak at a rally later in the day in North Philadelphia with her running mate.
