Head of Pennsylvania State Police defends response to shooting at Donald Trump rally

Col. Christopher Paris, the commissioner of the Pennsylvania State Police, said the agency met or exceeded its expectations at the Donald Trump rally in Butler, Pennsylvania where a shooter fired at the former president, while noting the event was "obviously" not a success.
