George Norcross accused of using extortion, coercion to obtain Camden waterfront properties
The indictment alleges that over at least the last 12 years Norcross and others got property rights along the waterfront through extortion and coercion. The state also alleges he collected millions of dollars in state-backed tax credits through legislation that they helped pass via influence over government officials.
