Four Philadelphia men arrested in connection with meat, alcohol and seafood thefts
Four men from Philadelphia were arrested by New Jersey State Police in connection with an organized cargo theft ring that stole meat, seafood and alcohol off trailers along the New Jersey Turnpike.
