Drier weather arrives for the afternoon before more rain overnight around Philadelphia
Rainy weather from overnight is clearing out around the Philadelphia area, leaving time to dry out in the late morning and into the afternoon. Then late Tuesday night another disturbance arrives bringing more rain, with potential downpours greeting us Wednesday morning, Kate Bilo reports.
