Donald Trump, Kamala Harris to debate for first time in Philadelphia
The National Constitution Center in Philadelphia will host the first presidential debate between Kamala Harris and Donald Trump on Sept. 10. The announcement comes the same day that Harris released her economic policy plan and a day after Trump released financial disclosures revealing more about his sources of income.
