Delaware County councilwoman offers free food despite losing home in fire
A community activist in Delaware County is determined to help others, despite going through a tough time. Collingdale Councilwoman Felecia Coffee lost her home in a fire last week, but that didn’t stop her from hosting her monthly food distribution this afternoon.
