Cloudy and cool weather with more rain chances Wednesday around Philadelphia
While not as heavy as Tuesday night's downpours, some scattered showers will bring even more rain to Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware on Wednesday, ahead of the local arrival of Tropical Storm Debby which now looks to be on Friday, Kate Bilo reports.
