Cloudy and cool Thursday, Debby brings rain and wind Friday
The Philadelphia region can expect cloudy and cool conditions with scattered showers Thursday. Tropical Storm Debby will pass through the region Friday, bringing heavy thunderstorms and wind. Chief Meteorologist Bill Kelly has the forecast.
