Chinese Lantern Festival underway in Philadelphia's Franklin Square
Philly is once again home to a Chinese tradition with roots more than 2,000 years old - the Chinese Lantern Festival. After an involved process including design, sculpting and electrical work, Franklin Square is home to beautiful displays once again – many depicting dragons as it is the Year of the Dragon.
