Chilly, dry weather in Philadelphia region, slow warmup for Eagles Sunday
Sunday's probably your best day if you want to get outside and put up some holiday decorations, with Friday and Saturday particularly chilly with a bit of wind, NEXT Weather Meteorologist Kate Bilo says. Next week we see warming with some rain chances.
