Chester County DA to pursue death penalty in Malinda Hoagland's death
Chester County District Attorney Chris de Barrena-Sarobe announced Thursday he's upgraded the charges against Malinda Hoagland's father, Rendell Hoagland, and his girlfriend, Cindy Warren, to first-degree murder and will seek the death penalty.
