Bus shelters, cooling centers part of New Jersey plan to cope with rising summer temperatures

The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection has released a draft Extreme Heat Resilience Action Plan, which provides a blueprint for the state to address hotter temperatures. It includes adding cooling centers and bus shelters to protect residents in the summer months.
