Breyers settles $8.85 million lawsuit over natural vanilla ice cream
Breyers agreed to settle a class action lawsuit over its natural vanilla ice cream.
According to court documents, the suit alleges the ice cream was labeled vanilla implying the flavor only came from a vanilla plant. But that wasn't the case.
Anyone who bought the ice cream between April 2016 and August 2024 could be eligible for a cash payment.
