Birthday surprise: Delaware County woman celebrates 100th birthday with fire truck ride
A dream came true today for a Delaware County woman on her birthday. Doris Ruff of Ridley Park turned 100 Saturday. She says she has always wanted to ride in a fire truck and, she did just that.
