Beaches in New Jersey take safety measures as Hurricane Ernesto impacts swimming conditions
New Jersey beaches are starting to see the effects of Hurricane Ernesto. Some beach patrols says the swells are about two to four feet high and they’re expected to substantially increase over the weekend. Madeleine Wright reports.
