It'll be cloudy and humid across the Delaware Valley Tuesday, and after some light morning rain, more chances for spotty showers pick up in the afternoon. Dew points in the 70s will make it feel pretty muggy, but meteorologist Kate Bilo says relief is on the way heading into the weekend.
