7 arrested after illegal car meet-up in Northeast Philadelphia
Philadelphia Police said dozens of cars gathered in Tacony late Saturday night to do donuts and other dangerous stunts in the streets. Several cars were seized by police and seven people were arrested in connection to the meet-up.
