33-year-old identified as man killed in Philadelphia's Old City, police still looking for shooter
Police said 33-year-old Michael Clemens was shot and killed near several crowded bars and restaurants in Philadelphia's Old City neighborhood. According to police, a gun was found next to Clemens, who was seen on surveillance video approaching a car before the driver's side door opened and he fell to the ground.
